  Awful service at this Starbucks. I am a Starbucks employee myself, so I totally understand the rush and how stressful it can get working as a barista.
  
  I bought 2 drinks and forgot to ask for my water bottle to be filled with water at the register, because the girl working pos walked away after I swiped my card. Instead of waiting for her to come back, I decided to go to the order pick up spot, and I politely asked the girl making drinks if she could "fill my bottle when she gets the chance" - acknowledging how busy she was. She snapped back and said "you have to wait in line" while another barista chimed in "yeah, you have to wait in line." I told them I just ordered two drinks, but I forgot to ask for my water to be filled. Both baristas totally ignored me.
  
  When my drinks came out, 10 minutes later, my boyfriend asked again if they would fill my water bottle. The snapped again and said "you have to wait in line again if you want water" then proceeded to tell us to go fill my bottle in the restroom.
  
  These baristas could use some training in customer service.

  This location is not up to Starbucks standards. I ordered my usual drink, 6 shots with steamed heavy cream in a tall cup. It's usually around $6. This location charged $12.60 and confirmed that it was heavy cream. It was half-and-half, and the shots were not up to Starbucks great taste. I told the cashier that the drink was usually $6; he sharply replied; "Not at the airport!"
  
  So disappointed!!

  Naturally a line 25 peopke deep. Staff cant sell half to food bcuz its frozen. They're disorganized, place is s mess, 5-6 staff bumping into one another, no one in charge. Drinks weren't right but trying to fix would have been a nightmare. Starbusks used to be so cool. Now its just a money mill.

  After delightful flight I decided to grab a Starbucks .... long story short the cashier was kind of rude and our drink were not made with love. They were definitely rushing...but we were the only ones waiting. Kinda disappointed

  I work at McCarran international Airport the Starbucks right before you go through a and B Gates is supposed to open at 3:30 every day it opens late 4am or 430  Sometimes 5am every single day they lose so much business and all of the customers are seriously frustrated daily. And the customer service on a scale from 1 to 10 is about a 2 1/2  . When Starbucks finally opens they are usually short on their staff as well . I think someone really needs to take a look at this Starbucks . The Whole place is a Real Joke from Rude employees to The Worst Customer Service .
